WORDS FROM AN EXPANDED CONSCIOUSNESS

I expanded my consciousness for a couple hours.

How different the world is from a wide perspective.

Understanding everything.

I now do not understand it, but I certainly remember what it felt like:

Everything is always alright.

Everybody and Everything are versions of God.

God is just as we are, conscious and unconscious.

God is not perfect because we are not perfect, and even so, everything is alright.

Everything is, as it has to be.

Me, and you, cannot be happy if all of us aren’t happy. And all the people can’t be happy if YOU are not happy.

We are all brothers, all of us help eachother.

I don’t need to do anything, not even make an effort, or develop any talent,

Because while understanding all this, I am full and complete.

I love you with all my heart because you are part of me, we share the same essence. I just have a different cover, just as a leaf, a car, a planet. We are all the same, the same rules apply to us.

We are all divine just as we are, we dont need to add anything or take away anything. However, all the world as we see it, all the negative that we perceive, is a manifestation of our own worries and insecurities. We, being fully aware of who we are, of the divinity we are, we don’t have any more worries or insecurities. We have absolute trust and faith in everything, and we love everybody with deep love and deep respect.

We honor others because they are the same than us, they are our mirrors, but expressed in a different way. And while wider is our consciousness of our own divinity, of the Gods that we are… and the more we honor ourselves, the bigger the capacity we have to honor the Gods in others, and the God that exist in everything in the creation.

If I understand the respect and the love that I deserve just because of existing, I understand that others deserve this same love just because of existing. And I also understand that life is not about what can I get, or what can I achieve, but what I do achieve, I want to share it with everybody, because I cannot conceive happiness or fullness if its not sharing it, and extending it to everybody so that everybody is fine: because I am everything, and everything has influence in me, and I have influence in everybody.

I love the world because we are all related. I am happy if you are happy. We are all the same quantic field. We are ONE, and nothing more than ONE. I can only feel I’m living my purpose in life if you, the universe, the people, the animals, are living their purposes in life. It does no longer makes me happy to think about my own personal development if its not sharing it with others, even if it is by making you laugh, loving you, or supporting you.

LIMITE DEL UNIVERSO

El universo es ilimitado, estoy segura. Pero también es misterioso, y debe tener un espacio de silencio en el que no hay nada escrito. Hoy fui consciente del límite con el que había estado chocando hacía varios meses. Intenté traspasarlo de mil formas porque no sabía que existía, pero nunca pude. Un limite al parecer inquebrantable, y lo descubrí gracias al TAROT.

Cada vez que leo el tarot a alguien, las cartas son bastante exactas y se puede comprender fácilmente el tema central, como influyen en la persona, como la persona maneja el tema, etc., pero siempre que alguien (o yo misma) pregunta sobre lo que "hay que hacer" respecto a algo o alguien, las cartas salían o incongruentes, o raras, o incomprensibles. Y cuando alguien preguntaba si cosas particulares pasarían en el futuro, como ¿ voy a encontrar el amor? ¿cuando? ¿voy a cambiarme de trabajo? las cartas muy a menudo hablaban de conceptos generales, pero nada concreto, como sucedía cuando nos enfocábamos en el presente. Solían aparecer cartas como "abundancia", o "justicia" en vez de cosas concretas como "pena, decepción, los enamorados, el ermitaño, etc."

Sabía que había algo raro, porque era muy descarado el cambio entre las veces que preguntábamos sobre el presente, y las veces en que preguntábamos sobre que deberíamos hacer en el futuro. Hoy en la mañana, de aproximadamente 80 cartas, preguntando sobre el futuro me salió la carta de escuchar mi voz interior. y pensé: quedé igual.... fui a hacerme un café, luego volví a tomar mis cartas, las revolví varias veces, y saqué  una carta de las 80 y Sorpresa!, era la misma carta de antes: La voz interior. Y ahí pensé que quizás se trataba de un límite del Universo. Que nadie ni nada tiene el poder de decidir por nosotros, ni decirnos que hacer. Somos nosotros los arquitectos de nuestra vida. Podemos pedir guía y apoyo de nuestros maestros espirituales, o de Dios, o del Universo, pero la única forma de vivir es viviendo nosotros mismos y tomando nuestras propias decisiones.

PARÁLISIS DE SUEÑO

Estaba acostada en la cama, hacía varios minutos. Estaba bien despierta y mientras me quedaba dormida seguía consciente. Caí en un estado muy profundo de relajación, cada vez más profundo, pero intentaba seguir despierta. Comencé a sentir pasos en la escalera y abrí los ojos asustada y dejé de sentir pasos. Volví a relajarme, tiempo más tarde seguía en el mismo estado, entre despierta y durmiendo y empecé a sentir pasos que bajaban por la escalera y llegaban a la cocina.... y en la fracción de segundo que me demoré en tomar conciencia y querer despertar, sentí como los pasos caminaban rápidamente hacia arriba por las escaleras, y a mi me empezó a latir muy rápido el corazón por el miedo.... y mientras más me latía el corazón, los pasos más rápido se acercaban, hasta venir corriendo...... se acercaban a la cama, y cuando estuvieron parados al lado mio yo quise saltar de pánico pero mi cuerpo estaba durmiendo!!!!!!!!!........ yo quería moverme gritar de susto y despertar pero mi cuerpo estaba durmiendo y con todas mis ganas gritaba y no salía la voz, y de repente boom! lo logré.

Intuitivamente sentí que los pasos eran mis propios pasos, mi alma se había ido a vagar por la casa, y cuando mi mente, semi dormida, sintió los pasos, se asustó, porque nunca se le ocurrió que lo que creía fantasma podía ser yo misma. Y el miedo hizo que tuvieran que volver a fusionarse alma y mente en un solo cuerpo para poder despertarme, entonces en ese momento mi alma se apuró en llegar al cuerpo, y BOOM! hasta que no entró al cuerpo, no pude despertar. Es raro.... no tiene explicación racional..... pero uno adentro siempre sabe la verdad, aunque de racional no tenga un pelo.

VIDAS PASADAS

Desde que tengo memoria, siempre me han dado mucho miedo los carteles de "límite de velocidad" de Chile. Me inspiran cierto respeto, una sumisión y un temor. Son tan grandes, el negro sobresalta del rojo, y me hacen quedar sin aire. En las carreteras, mientras más se acerca el auto a esos carteles, más grande se ven y más temor sentía.

Era una sensación puramente existencial, y racionalmente nunca le había encontrado una explicación, ni tampoco me lo había cuestionado.

Un día me di cuenta de esto e intenté descifrar el sentimiento. Descubrí que era sumisión y temor, y al estar ahondando en mi intuición y mis emociones, se me vino a la cabeza la swastika nazi. Supe de inmediato que el signo de limite de velocidad de Chile, me producían la misma sensación que las swasticas nazi, y intuitivamente tuve la certeza que esa mezcla de colores y esa disposición en las formas se había grabado en mi memoria para siempre. Nunca lo olvidaría....

y ahí comprendí por qué desde muy pequeña siempre estuve un poco obsesionada con las guerras mundiales, con los campos de concentración. Todo eso me producía muchos sentimientos a pesar de no haber estado "personalmente" involucrada, ni yo, ni mis antepasados. Después empecé a recordar más cosas que inconscientemente yo pensaba, como por ejemplo, cuando trotaba y ya no podía más, siempre me daba ánimo y aguantaba mucho más, pensando que los judíos se habían tenido que esforzar en las peores condiciones trabajando en la nieve, con poca ropa, con hambre y con frío, y aún así seguían vivos. Y eso me hacía no alegar y seguir trotando.......

Since I can remember I've always felt afraid of the speed signs of Chile. They make me feel silent, submissive, and afraid. They are so big, and the black numbers inside points out from the red border, and that makes me breathless. In the chilean highways, the closer we get to them, the bigger they seem and stronger feelings they provoke me. This was a pure existential sensation, non rational, and I never found a logical explanation, or even wondered why it was.

One day I realized this feeling happened to me and I tried to figure it out. I discovered that it was a mixture of submission and being afraid, and while trying to connect this feeling intuitively with my emotions, I had the vision of the nazi swastika. I knew Immediately that this speed sign made me feel the same thing that the nazi signs… and intuitively I knew that these mixture of colors and the way they were printed, had been placed in my memory forever.  I wouldn't forget it easily.

I understood why since I was little I was obsessed with world wars, and concentration camps. I just couldn't stop thinking about all what happened. All this produced me many feelings even if I wasn't "personally" involved, and not even my family or ancestors. Afterwards I started remembering more things that unconsciously i was thinking, like for example, when I went running and I couldn't keep on going, I always encouraged myself thinking about how much the jews had to work under the worse conditions, and they still were alive. That made me stop complaining and keep on running….
